DIRECTIONS FOR RESERVING FACILITIES

REGISTER AS A REQUESTER BY GOING TO THE ADDRESS BELOW

Click the button SIGN UP, fill in the fields and SUBMIT.

Your requester status will be approved and you will be sent a temporary password. Using that password (including the tempuser plus the number), sign in at the address again. You will be prompted to change your password by clicking USER EDIT. Then you are ready to make your room request.

MAKING REQUESTS

Choose the button labeled NEW REQUEST
Choose a Facility Group or School
Choose the facility you want (use Ctrl for more than one facility)
Fill in Event Title
Choose an Event Category (use unspecified if you are not sure)
Fill in all fields. Be sure to mark YES for a question about Public Calender.
If this is a repeated event, choose the repeat option that is appropriate (such as 5 days/week or one day per week), how often to repeat and end of repeat.
(NOTE: there is an option button MAKE MISC. DATES for repeated dates. Then you can edit to remove dates that you don't need).

For multiple dates, put them in the MISC. DATES box. Be sure to click in the circle if you are using Misc. Dates.

Click VIEW AVAILABILITY button to see if you have any errors or conflicts.
Click VIEW REPETITIONS to check if your repeated dates are correct.

Click SUBMIT when all fields are completed. If there are errors, it will give you an immediate response.

You will receive an email when your request is approved or you may go to the same site to check on your request. You may also see all of your requests when you sign into the system.
